# Delegation to Onboarding Governance Council Members from Kaia Ecosystem Fund (KEF)

According to the conditions in the Klaytn-Finschia Merger Proposal (KGP-25/FGP-23), Finschia Governance Members who are onboarding to the Kaia Governance Council and lack the minimum required amount of KAIA (5 million KAIA) will have the shortfall delegated from the Kaia Ecosystem Fund (KEF). In total, 27,045,272 KAIA will be delegated to 8 members.
