**1. Summary**  
We are seeking the Governance Council’s approval to utilize Kaia Ecosystem Fund, for making payments within the short term. These payments aim to support service development and enhance infrastructure in line with the fund’s objectives.

The precise expenditures of KAIA for this will be transparently disclosed via Square website. Kaia Foundation will facilitate voting on the items, enabling the Governance Council to express opinions and preferences.

**3. Voting Process**  
After posting the governance proposal on the forum, each agenda item will be moved to Kaia Square for on-chain voting. The on-chain voting will be conducted from April 7 to April 21, and a GC meeting will be held on April 16 to discuss the agenda.
