Yeah the budget on this was crazy. There maybe should be a breakdown of what Klaytn is willing to support and not support to be more clearer for proposals as it seems some people think that its to support their project completely with marketing, operation and development costs.

This project looks a little sketchy, never mind that it seems to be posting comments on multiple accounts to try make it look like multiple people interested.
