1. Summary

We are seeking the Governance Council’s approval to utilize funds from the KCF budgets, previously approved under KGP-12 and KGP-24, for making a payment in the short term using KLAY. These payments aim to support service development and enhance infrastructure in line with the Klaytn Community Fund’s objectives.

Vietnam Expansion plan is set to receive funding and the precise expenditure of KLAY for this plan will be transparently disclosed via Klaytn Square. Klaytn Foundation will facilitate voting on the item, enabling the Governance Council to express opinions and preferences.

3. Voting Process

After posting the governance proposal on the forum, each agenda item will be moved to Klaytn Square for on-chain voting. The on-chain voting will be conducted from July 23 to July 30, and a GC meeting will be held on July 17 to discuss the agenda.

Hello, this is Downy Lee from Kakaopay.

Recently, after the key change operation for the voting account, we have encountered an issue with Kaikas. According to the foundation’s guidance, a new voting account needs to be created, but due to internal circumstances, we need to adjust the schedule. We will resolve the issue promptly and participate in the next vote.

We also have faced issues during recent security upgrade process.
Following the upgrade, we ran into some internal issues. Unfortunately, due to these circumstances, we are unable to participate in the current vote.
