3. Objectives or Participating in the Kaia Governance Council
Our goal is to help Kaia reach mass adoption by building a strong foundational community and marketing infrastructure needed to attract and retain users, projects, and developers.
Through the Governance Council, we aim to play a long-term partnership role in Kaia’s growth by operating core platforms (Community Hub), distributing research, and executing targeted campaigns that amplify the network’s visibility and value.
4. Your Commitment to the Kaia Community
[Commitment]
Xangle is committed to contributing to Kaia’s long-term growth by delivering two interconnected initiatives:
- Kaia Community Hub - Development & Operation (henceforth, the Hub)
- Go-to-Market (GtM) - Strategy Execution
These two pillars form a self-reinforcing growth loop:
The Hub acts as the ecosystem’s engagement layer, where users can interact with staking, NFTs, dApps, and governance through a curated, utility-driven interface. Meanwhile, the GtM strategy serves as the acquisition funnel, bringing in new users through targeted research, content campaigns, KOL engagement, and airdrop quests.
Once users are acquired through GtM efforts, they’re directed to the Hub, where they can immediately explore their portfolio, interact with live dApps, participate in campaigns, and find a personalized pathway into the Kaia ecosystem. This improves stickiness and user retention - feeding back into the GtM engine, which now has stronger success stories, data points, and community engagement to fuel further outreach.
[Case Study: 0G Hub - Community & GtM Flywheel in Action]
Our recent collaboration with 0G to build and operate the 0G Hub(Hub | 0G) offers a compelling blueprint of the above-mentioned flywheel. The 0G Hub, launched as a lightweight yet utility-focused portal, features real-time tools like Swap, Bridge, Faucet, and Portfolio Tracking, backed by community quests and social amplification campaigns.
In the past 30 days, 0G Hub has achieved the following (for each section):
- Faucet: 2.1M impressions / 410K users
- Swap: 1.37M impressions / 206K users
- Hub homepage: 536K impressions / 116K users
- Ecosystem: 143K impressions / 54K users
- Mint: 124K impressions / 61K users
These numbers highlight two insights:
- High utility leads to high repeat usage: Users are most active on functions that provide real on-chain utility
- Strong Hub x GtM synergy: Viral marketing + Focus on utility = Sustained traffic growth
0G achieved this without the kind of established brand presence or mainstream user funnel that Kaia enjoys through LINE. With Kaia’s reach, even greater traction can be expected when similar infrastructure is deployed - especially when combined with campaign-ready distribution and incentives.
[Kaia Community Hub]
Our vision is to establish the Kaia Community Hub as a social engagement and content portal that does not replace Kaia Portal or Square, but instead ties them together into a single, curated entry point. It offers users an action-driven interface that centralizes navigation while enhancing discoverability and retention. The Hub is not a simple front-end wrapper or aggregator. While it will connect users to Kaia Portal and Square for certain actions (e.g., staking execution, governance voting), it is a standalone platform with its own structure, logic, and user engagement layers.
- Kaia Portal functions as the consumer-facing ecosystem exploration channel
- Kaia Square provides GC-related tools (staking, governance, etc.)
- The Hub unites these layers and intelligently routes users to the right destinations based on their intent, ensuring users don’t get lost across interfaces
Kaia Portal is built for committed, action-ready users who already hold KAIA or ecosystem tokens that know what they want to do. In contrast, the Hub is optimized for new, curious, or infrequent users who don’t yet understand where to begin, what’s available, or why it matters. These users benefit from a discovery-first experience, one that surfaces high-impact dApps, features curated narratives, and provides directional prompts to the right Kaia-based platforms.
Importantly, the Hub is not a place to recreate features like rewards that already exists on Kaia Portal, but to highlight and direct attention to existing Kaia campaigns. It will serce as the awareness and onboarding layer that helps surface what’s happening on Kaia, presents it with context, and increases participation through better visibility, curation, and ecosystem story-telling.
Given that the Hub is designed to synergize directly with ongoing Go-to-Market (GtM) initiatives-including research, content campaigns, and KOL amplification-Xangle is best positioned to develop and operate it. This ensures that messaging, user flow, and campaign execution are tightly aligned across both the Hub and broader GtM efforts. Managing both under one roof allows for greater efficiency, consistency, and impact, avoiding fragmentation between platform development and ecosystem outreach.
Inspired by proven models like the 0G Hub, the Kaia Hub will serve as:
- Entry point for new users via WalletConnect & portfolio tracker
- Utility surface offering Swap, Bridge, and Faucet functionalities to engage users at first touch
- Discovery layer for staking, tokens, NFTs, and dApps—highlighting what’s trending or relevant
- Curated ecosystem guide combining project data (TVL, APY, traction) with Xangle’s own insights
- Mission center enabling ecosystem quests and engagement campaigns
User Journey Example:
- A user connects their wallet and sees staking rewards
- They use Swap to convert tokens, and explore trending dApps
- They complete a quest to explore a new game or stake in a validator
- They’re redirected to Kaia Portal for deeper interaction (vote, mint, etc.)
- Their actions earn points that unlock airdrop eligibility or achievements

5. Your plan for securing 5 million KAIA
Upon approval as a Kaia Governance Council (GC) member, Xangle will operate a validator node on the Kaia network and will request a delegation of 5 million KAIA from the Kaia Foundation.
This delegated KAIA will be:
- Staked to Xangle’s validator node to contribute to network stability, decentralization, and uptime reliability
- The resulting block reward will be used to support the operation and maintenance of the Kaia Community Hub, including technical development, feature updates, and content management
In parallel, Xangle will also execute a dedicated Go-to-Market (GtM) strategy to onboard users, drive sustained interest, and scale ecosystem reach. If this proposal is approved, the GtM budget will be requested as a separate grant from the Foundation, which will be allocated toward:
- Research production (1x initiation report, 3x spot reviews)
- Media distribution across Web2/Web3 outlets
- Social amplification & influencer campaigns targeting dApp users and builders
- Xangle Quest-driven user campaigns
- Offline meetups for devs and ecosystem partners in Korea
We separate the budget structure between the delegated KAIA and the GtM grant to ensure full transparency and efficiency in how each initiative is resourced:
- Block rewards from the delegated KAIA supports the on-chain operations and platform infrastructure (Community Hub, validator ops)
- The separately requested GtM grant supports off-chain user and market acquisition (research, events, content)
