1. Summary

We are seeking the Governance Council’s approval to utilize Governance funds, for making payments within the short term. These payments aim to support service development and enhance infrastructure in line with the fund’s objectives.

Integrations of ‘Dune Analytics’ and ‘The Graph’ are set to receive funding and the precise expenditures of KAIA for these will be transparently disclosed via Square websites. Kaia Foundation will facilitate voting on the items, enabling the Governance Council to express opinions and preferences.

3. Voting Process
After posting the governance proposal on the forum, each agenda item will be moved to Kaia Square for on-chain voting. The on-chain voting will be conducted from September 19 to September 26, and a GC meeting will be held on September 24 to discuss the agenda.
