재단으로부터 위임받은 자산을 기반으로 활동했던 GC들이 임기를 마치거나 중도에 사임할 경우, 그들의 활동에 대한 공식적인 성과 평가 절차는 존재합니까?
GC 신청 당시 제시했던 목표는 무엇이었습니까?
그 목표 중 실제로 달성된 것은 무엇입니까?
달성하지 못한 것은 무엇입니까?
활동 기간 동안 발생한 검증인 보상은 총 얼마였습니까?
그 보상은 어디에 사용되었습니까?
그리고 그 결과 Kaia 생태계에 어떤 구체적인 가치가 만들어졌습니까?
지금까지 커뮤니티는 수많은 신규 GC 제안서를 보아왔습니다.
대부분의 제안서는 훌륭한 파트너십, 대기업 네트워크, 기술력, 마케팅 계획, 사용자 유입 계획 등을 강조합니다.
하지만 정작 커뮤니티가 보고 싶은 것은 새롭게 약속되는 미래가 아니라, 이미 약속했던 과거가 얼마나 이행되었는지에 대한 검증입니다.
특히 재단으로부터 위임받은 물량을 기반으로 활동한 GC라면 더욱 그렇습니다.
커뮤니티의 자산과 생태계의 미래가 걸려 있는 만큼, 신규 GC를 계속 추가하는 것보다 먼저 기존 및 이탈 GC들의 성과를 투명하게 공개하고 평가하는 것이 우선이라고 생각합니다.
GC는 들어올 때만 심사를 받고 나갈 때는 아무런 평가 없이 떠나는 자리가 되어서는 안 됩니다.

Over the past few years, multiple GC members have joined quietly and later left quietly.
From the community’s perspective, the most difficult thing to understand is that while GC applicants often present ambitious visions and promises when joining, there appears to be very little transparency regarding whether those commitments were actually fulfilled when they leave.
I would like to ask the Kaia Foundation:
Is there any formal performance review process for GC members that operated using Foundation-delegated assets when they complete their term or resign?
What commitments did they make when applying?
Which commitments were fulfilled?
Which commitments were not fulfilled?
How much validator-related reward was generated during their participation?
How were those rewards used?
And what measurable value was ultimately created for the Kaia ecosystem?
The community has seen many GC proposals over the years.
Most proposals emphasize strong partnerships, enterprise networks, technical capabilities, marketing plans, and user acquisition strategies.
However, what the community needs is not another set of future promises, but a transparent review of past promises and whether they were actually delivered.
This is especially important for GC members that operated using Foundation-delegated stake.
Before continuously adding new GC members, the Foundation should first provide transparency regarding the performance and outcomes of existing and departing GC members.
A Governance Council seat should not be a position that is thoroughly reviewed when entering, but never evaluated when leaving.
